Orders

Thank you for placing your order with us! All orders are dispatched within 24-48hrs of confirmation and take approximately 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) to be delivered unless otherwise noted. For further details, please contact us at CS@morenapparel.com

Please email us immediately as orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If your item has still not been processed, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund, including shipping fees. If the order has been processed and dispatched, please see our return policy.

To change an item in your order, you must contact us before your order is processed. Please email us at CS@morenapparel.com for further assistance.

Depending on the item, some pieces may be restocked. Certain styles are also available via special order. Please feel free to email us at CS@morenapparel.com for further assistance and sign up on the product page to get notified if the item is back in stock!

At the moment, we are unable to ship to the below countries:

Syria, Libya, and Cuba.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are fully satisfied with your Morena purchase. We understand that certain circumstances may arise in which, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your unused, unworn product. All items must be in the same condition as received and with their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. If items do not meet these conditions, the refund will be rejected and the item sent back to you. You will be given a refund in the same form as the original payment method excluding delivery charges. All returns are subject to a delivery fee.

Sale Items: Any products purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund. You may only receive store credit within 10 days of delivery, no exceptions.

Items received as gifts can only be returned for a store credit as long as they meet our return policy and are current season stock. We may request further information in regard to your claim. Please email us at CS@morenapparel.com for further assistance.

We pride ourselves on high-quality construction and durability. Please provide us with photos and a description of the damage to CS@morenapparel.com so our customer service team can assist further.

Payments

We accept Visa & MasterCard payments. You will be billed in EGP (Egyptian Pounds) during checkout and foreign fees may apply if your credit card or bank is based outside of Egypt. All transactions are processed via our partner Paymob/Accept.

 

We accept credit card & C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) within Egypt.

Within Egypt: All costs are inclusive of taxes.

Outside of Egypt: All costs are inclusive of sales tax, however, customs duties may apply. Please contact your local customs authority for further information.
